Case Study

The scheme involved the conversion of the existing Burdett Community Centre building into St Paul’s Way Infant School.

Works comprised of:
– The internal remodelling; including partitions, ceilings and finishes
–  The design and installation of IPS cubicles to create WC facilities and bespoke vanity units
–  The creation of a hygienic commercial kitchen area
–  Structural works and alterations including steel work, create openings, and trimming to the existing floor structure
–  Contract Value: £100,000
–  Contract Programme: 12 Weeks
